APOSTLE MANKRALO INDUCTED AS VICE PRESIDENT OF THE BIBLE SOCIETY OF GHANA

by Patience Amenu, March 15, 2017

The President, Apostle P. O. Mankralo was on Sunday, 26th February, 2017 inducted as Vice President of the Bible Society of Ghana at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Dansoman in Accra.

The Induction Service which was attended by people from different denominations including The Apostolic Church – Ghana was officiated by the Rev. Dr. Francis Amenu of the E. P. Church. The sermon was preached by the Most Rev. Dr. Robert Aboagye-Mensah, a Former Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church of Ghana. It was under the Theme – ‘A Call To Leadership: The John The Baptist Way’. He said, John knowing why he had come and what he was to do acted wisely. He therefore admonished Christian Leaders to pray and seek God’s guidance as they do His work; and also learn how to exit honourably when their tenure of office ends.

He however condemned the practice where some people try to push men out of office while serving their term.  Saying, that is un-Christian and morally bad.  He called for the Spirit of Christ to lead us at all times. The ceremony was indeed a blessing and a unique success; and we give God all the glory for the great things He has done.
