The 2017 Pre-Christmas Convention is to be organized by all Area Administrations under the Theme: “The Proclaimed Christ” (Luke 1:26-33). Area Administrations may however choose their own dates for the Convention. Headquarters hereby directs that all proceeds realized from the Conventions by the Area Administrations should be used for their Area development.
All Area Heads would be required to file detailed reports at the Headquarters not later than Friday, 26th January, 2018. The Reports should include attendance, number of souls won, healing, Holy Spirit baptism, Financial statements among others. We attach, herewith, a breakdown of the Convention Theme for your perusal, please.
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR RECESS – NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS
It is hereby announced for the information of all Saints and Presbyteries that Headquarters shall proceed on Christmas and New Year Recess as follows:
Commencement of recess: – Friday, 22nd December, 2017 at 12:00 noon
Resumption from recess: – Tuesday, 2nd January, 2017.
The National Management Officers wish all Presbyteries and members of the Church including the Staff at Headquarters, Area and District Offices and those in the Foreign Mission Fields, a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
31ST DECEMBER FUNDRAISING FOR RETIRED MINISTERS AND WIDOWS
We wish to remind the entire Fellowship that a Special Fundraising should be organized for retired Ascension Ministers and Widows in all Local Assemblies during the Watch Night Service on Sunday, 31st December, 2017. The practice of raising funds for these Retired Ministers and Widows is in recognition of their past contributions to the growth and development of the Church; and the need to support them in their present conditions. We wish to commend Local Assemblies who have faithfully supported this good cause in the past, and urge them to remain consistent in this grace of giving to attract more blessings. All funds raised for the Retired Ministers and Widows should be paid into Headquarters account by Friday, 19th January, 2018.

MOTTO FOR THE YEAR 2018
We wish to remind all Saints and Presbyteries that the Motto for the Apostolic Year 2018 is “SURELY GOODNESS AND MERCY SHALL FOLLOW ME…” (Psalm 23:6) KJV). We want to depart from the practice of merely reciting the Motto at the close of Service, without proper understanding of the import of the Scripture. We therefore urge all Presbyteries to teach lessons on the Motto for the benefit of the membership. Yes, they will have a practical understanding and the full blessings thereof from the Word of God.
21 DAYS FASTING AND PRAYERS – JANUARY, 2018
We hereby announce for the information of all Saints and Presbyteries that the 21 days program of Fasting and Prayers will be observed from Monday, 8th through Sunday, 28th January, 2018 in all Assemblies under the Theme: “Surely, Goodness and mercy shall follow me…” (Psalm 23:6). Meanwhile, we wish to remind you that the program is aimed at strengthening our relationship with God and receiving His power, even as we wait upon the Lord. We urge all Presbyteries to ensure that the period is not used for any other program such as fundraising, etc. in order to maintain the solemnity of the event. We further urge all Saints to participate actively in the program. We have enclosed herewith copies of the program outline for your study and guidance.

We publish for the information of all Students and Prospective Students, the Academic Activities of the Apostolic College from January to April, 2018 as follows:
Reporting : 29th January, 2018.
Lectures start : 30th January, 2018.
Lectures end : 23rd March, 2018.
Revision : 26th to 30th March, 2018.
Exams : 2nd to 5th April, 2018.
Vacation : 5th April, 2018.
Meanwhile, we commend all District Administrations whose Ministers are attending the College for their support to ensure that they sharpen their skills and acumen. May God’s blessings abound with them forever.
REVIEW OF THE APOSTOLIC PROTECTION PLAN (TAPP) – 3RD PHASE
We humbly write to inform you about the current update of The Apostolic Protection Plan (TAPP).
Please note that the 2nd phase of the policy will be ending in July, 2017 while the 3rd phase begins from August, 2017 and ends in July, 2018 respectively.
Premium has been reviewed upwards to GHȻ40.00 per member (once a year) due to the upwards review in premium, death benefits would now be as follows:
- Member : GHC1,500.00 C. Parents (max 2) : GHC1,000.00
- Spouse : GHC1,500.00 D. Children (max 4) <24: GHC 500.00
Waiting period is now 3 months for new entrants and 30-days grace period for renewals (existing members). However, existing members who do not renew their policy within the grace period (30-days) would wait for another 3 months, just as new entrants.
We entreat all new members to sign up and existing members to renew their membership.
All Presbyteries are entreated to inform their members on the new transitions.
Forms will be given out to only a new member while existing members who had already filled Forms within the first phase or the 2nd phase of TAPP will just have to pay their premiums without filling any Forms.
