NATIONAL FAMILY WEEK CELEBRATION 2017
We hereby announce for the information of all Saints and Presbyteries that the National Family Week Celebration 2017 will be
observed from Monday, 6th to Sunday, 12th November, 2017 under the Theme: “Preparing your children for the life here and
hereafter – i.e. in Heaven” (Joshua 24:15c).
Details of the sub-topics for study during the Week-long Celebration, with their corresponding Scriptures are enclosed
herewith for your perusal, please.
The Programme aims at equipping the family with the necessary spiritual knowledge to train our young ones in the way of the
Lord, and again, to keep abreast of the continued relevance and opportunities created by our core Christian values in a
changing world.
Despite the laudable aim of the celebration, Headquarters has noted with much concern that, year after year, some parents or
members of the Church do not participate in this Annual Celebrations.
Therefore, we implore all Local Presbyteries to put proper measures in place to encourage maximum participation in this
particular Programme.
